Pimiento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

A number of times through the years All Saints' has held a Seder Dinner in the Parish Hall on Maundy and Thursday.
We have used both Greek and Jewish foods.
Some of the foods prepared were Carrot Tzimmes, Charoseth, Chicken Soup, Chopped Liver, Herb-roasted Leg of Lamb with Red Potatoes, Knaidlach, Lentil Soup, Roast Lamb and Potatoes and 12-Egg Sponge Cake.
