Bacon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. dried chives
25 slices whole wheat bread
25 slices bacon, cut in halves
Preparation

Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Mix with chives. Trim crusts from bread and cut each slice in half.
Spread 1 teaspoon cheese mixture on each half and roll up.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each and secure with a toothpick.
Place on a broiler pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn as necessary to prevent overbrowning.
