Pork Chop Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 Tbsp. enriched flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
3 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation

Trim excess fat from chops.
Heat in skillet until you have about 2 tablespoons drippings.
Roll chops in flour; brown in fat. Combine cheese, salt and pepper.
