Vegetable Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. carrots, grated fine or chopped in food processor
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
    1/4 c. cucumber, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Serve on sandwiches, crackers, etc.
