Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Set aside to rise until double.
    Knead and put in loaf pan. Let rise until about 1-inch from top of pan.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
