Beef Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 c. fine barley
    2 c. beef broth
    1 c. water
    1 c. finely chopped carrots
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped potatoes
    1 or 2 cans (12 oz.) corned beef
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash barley and drain.
    Add barley to water and beef broth. Cook over medium heat about 1 hour.
    Add all other ingredients, breaking up corned beef with a fork.
    Cook additional 30 minutes. Serves approximately 8 to 10.
