Sausage-Rice Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. mushrooms
    4 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Saute sausage, celery, onion and mushrooms in a large skillet until lightly browned.
    Combine ingredients and place in 3-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or stuff a large turkey.
