Ham And Noodle Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. noodles, boiled
    2 c. cubed ham
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter/margarine.
    Gradually add flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add parsley flakes, noodles and ham.
    Fold in eggs.
    Pour into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
