Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. lemonade (from one 6 oz. can frozen concentrate; reserve any remaining)
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheets.
Cream the butter, sugar and eggs.
Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with lemonade, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Drop 2-inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Brush with remaining lemonade and sprinkle with sugar.
