Cantaloupe Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 c. cantaloupe, cut up, crush with fork and then measure pulp pieces and juice
Preparation

In heavy saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Add all other ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick.
Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
