Asparagus Casserole Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb asparagus, cut into 2 in pieces
    1 1/2 c water
    1 1/2 c chicken stock
    1 c uncooked long grain rice
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp butter
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 2 qt casserole and cover.
    Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 20 minutes.
    Stir; bake an additional 20 minutes.
