Mock Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
48 Ritz crackers
pie shells
Preparation
-
Bring to boil 2 cups water, sugar and cream of tartar.
Drop in Ritz crackers and boil 3 minutes.
Pour this mixture into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
