Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. steak sauce
    4 oz. diced American cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thinly and put in frying pan with chopped onion.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Cover and cook over very low heat until potatoes are cooked.
    Makes 6 servings.
