Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. apples, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix
    oil, eggs and sugar well.\tAdd flour and cinnamon. Stir in\tnuts and apples.
    Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
