Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

pastry for a double-crust 9-inch pie
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
4 medium green tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. cold unsalted butter or margarine, cut in pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven
to
425\u00b0. Divide the pastry in half, roll out 1/2 and place in a
9-inch pie plate, leaving about 1-inch overhang.
Brush marmalade evenly
over
the bottom. Set other piece of pastry aside.
