Sweet Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 pkg. orzo pasta (1 c.)
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg
Preparation

Drain fruit and save juice!
Add sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice.
Bring the juice and other ingredients to a boil, slowly adding 1 slightly beaten egg.
Stir constantly.
Pour over cooked pasta and set aside in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Redrain fruit; add to pasta with 1 small package of Cool Whip.
