Speedy Whiskey Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    yolk of 1 egg
    1/2 c. bourbon whiskey
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar over medium heat.
    Remove and blend in egg yolk.
    Add bourbon, stirring gradually.
    Serve warm over cake or bread pudding.
