Vietnamese Pie] - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. chicken or meat of your choice, cut into strips
    3 cloves garlic
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Stir-fry the meat and add other ingredients.
    Add 3 cups cooked rice.
