Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baking potatoes, cut into wedges
    egg whites
    grated Parmesan cheese
    oregano
Preparation
    Cut baking potatoes into wedges, unpeeled but washed.
    Dip into egg whites and roll in grated Parmesan cheese and oregano. Place on Pam sprayed baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until soft.
