Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. Crisco
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sweet milk
    5 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream shortening, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to sugar and egg mixture with milk.
    Add coconut and flavoring.
    Pour into a large angel food cake pan.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
