Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
2 small cans tomato paste
1 large onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
3 bay leaves
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp. basil
15 oz. water
Preparation
-
Mix turkey, onion and pepper over medium heat; brown.
Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cover and let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve hot over pasta.
