Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 slices bread, buttered (remove crust)
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. half and half or evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown sausage, stirring to crumble.
    Drain.
    Butter bread and cut into cubes. Place bread in buttered pan.
    Sprinkle with sausage.
    Top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight. Remove foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
