Dairy Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium can crushed pineapple
2 pkg. lime jello
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sweetened whipped cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups hot water.
Cool to medium warm. Add pineapple, cottage cheese and mayonnaise and salt.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into mold and set 3 to 4 hours in refrigerator.
