Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 slices bread
sliced American cheese
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Cover bottom of dish with bread slices.
Lay slice of cheese over each bread slice.
Fry and drain grease from sausage.
Put fried sausage over cheese layer. Mix in bowl the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
Pour over cheese. Cover with foil and put in refrigerator overnight. Bake the next morning at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
Better served immediately.
