Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. black walnuts or pecans
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour (plain)
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
Sift flour and soda together.
Add one cup at a time.
Add vanilla, coconut, raisins, nuts and apples to creamed mixture.
Blend well.
Bake in greased tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
