Banana Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. ripe, mashed bananas (2 medium size)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. banana extract (optional; use if bananas are not really ripe)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. quick cooking oats
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar.
    Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in bananas, milk and extracts.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir by hand.
    Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, greased on bottom only.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Makes 12 servings.
