Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or unflavored yogurt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. diced pimento
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except potatoes and Parmesan cheese. Stir in potatoes.
    Spread in ungreased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch or 3-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Uncover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
