Liver Pat(Chicken Liver Chop) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 containers of chicken liver, remove all fat and liquid
    1 medium to large onion, chopped
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. of minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. of salt and pepper
    3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs
    about 1/3 c. of mayonnaise (more or less to taste)
Preparation
    Put liver in a pot with enough water to cover it.
    Add onion, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, and garlic.
    Bring to a boil and cook over medium or medium low heat until liver is falling apart and most of the liquid is cooked out.
    Drain and put into a food processor.
    Add eggs and mayonnaise.
    Blend until smooth.
    You can add more salt, pepper, or mayonnaise to suit your taste.
