Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 large ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bread pan.
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, beating well after each addition. Sift all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt together.
    Add creamed mixture.
    Fold in bananas, vanilla and pecans.
    Pour mixture in pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
