Peas And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sweet peas
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Ranch style salad dressing
    2 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook peas according to package until crisp-tender; drain.
    In bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon.
    Mix well.
    Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon.
    Makes 7 (1/2 cup) servings.
