Baked Carrots Julienne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
6 medium carrots
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Melt margarine with lemon juice and salt.
Peel carrots and cut into small strips.
Arrange in layers in small baking dish, pouring part of margarine mixture over each layer.
Add water. Cover.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
