Sausage Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 c. hot cooked grits
    2 1/2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage; spoon into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with the other ingredients mixed.
    Stir together until cheese is melted.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Garnish with pimento strips and parsley.
    Serves 12 to 15.
