Sausage, Pepper, Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sweet sausage, cut in links
    5 medium potatoes, cut in quarters
    6 large green peppers, cut in chunks
    3 large onions, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing (more if needed)
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place sausage in baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Drain fat.
    Add potatoes, peppers and onions.
    Pour dressing over top. Add water and seasonings.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake at 400\u00b0 to brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
