Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. ice water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and shortening.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add to flour mixture.
    Mix well, but don't overhandle the dough as that makes it tough.
    Divide into 5 balls.
    Roll each ball on lightly floured surface into circle for crust.
    Makes 5 crusts.
