Rhubarb Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rhubarb (fresh)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb into 1 inch pieces.
    Cook the rhubarb with sugar and water until soft.
    Add water, if necessary, so that you will have 3 cups cooked rhubarb.
    While rhubarb is very hot, stir in dry Jell-O and mix until Jell-O is dissolved.
    Chill until firm.
