Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (including juice)
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Mix all together well, using spoon, in large bowl.
Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
