Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. boneless chicken breast
1 to 2 beaten egg(s)
1 can cream of chicken soup or celery soup
plain flour
water
Preparation

Season chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste.
Dip in beaten egg and roll in flour.
Fry in skillet until brown on each side.
Drain off grease and add soup diluted with water to make gravy.
Cover and simmer until tender, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
