Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts (walnuts)
Preparation
    Blend oil in sugar; mix in the eggs until frothy.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Mix in carrots and nuts.
    Pour in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan on rack.
    Use cream cheese icing or vanilla icing.
