Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped blanched almonds
    3/4 c. crushed potato chips
    3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated coarsely
Preparation
    Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and onion.
    Mix in chicken, nuts and celery. Top with cheese and cover with potato chips. Bake in an 8 x 12-inch Pyrex pan at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 5.
