Grilled Barbecue Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 large boneless sirloin steak, cut 1 1/2-inches thick
    2 to 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Cut garlic in half.
    Rub over both sides of steak.
    Spread mustard over steak and place in shallow glass dish.
    Cover with soy sauce, grated onion and minced garlic halves.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, turning several times.
    Prepare coals to high heat.
    Remove steak from marinade and place steak on oiled grid or hinged double rack 4 inches from hot coals; sear for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Turn steak and raise grid to 5 inches from hot coals.
    Cook 7 to 8 minutes for rare, 10 minutes for medium or 15 minutes for well done.
