Pie Crust - Never Fails - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. shortening and 1 c. Crisco
    1 egg, beaten
    5 Tbsp. very cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Mix last three ingredients together.
    Add all at once to flour mixture.
    Mix and proceed for any pastry.
    Makes 2 double pie crusts.
    Keeps well in refrigerator until needed.
