One Hour Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unbleached flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1/4 c. honey
    3 c. hot tap water
    1 Tbsp. wheat germ
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, mix the 3 cups flour, salt and yeast.
    Put the honey and water into a quart jar and shake to mix well.
    Add this mixture to the flour.
    Stir and add one cup of flour at a time until you can no longer stir.
    Then using your hands, knead very well.
    Make rolls and place into a greased pan. Let rise about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Place into the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes (when golden brown, they are done).
