Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 1/2 oz. minced clams with broth
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in butter.
Mix crackers, clams, lemon juice, parsley and oregano.
Add onion and garlic mixture.
Place in ovenproof bowl.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
