Shiny Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Rinse chicken breasts.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine soup, sour cream, sherry and mushrooms; pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Delicious served with rice.
