Jerky Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. lean meat, sliced
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/4 c. apple vinegar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 oz. brown sugar
    1 1/2 oz. black pepper
    1 large onion, pureed
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    4 1/2 oz. m.s.g. (Accent)
    4 c. cayenne pepper (pureed)
    1 Tbsp. garlic juice
    4 oz. Adolph's tenderizer
Preparation
    Slice meat thinly (1/4-inch slices).
    Place in large glass or stainless container.
    Add combined ingredients plus enough water to cover meat.
    Soak meat in marinade overnight or at least 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
