Diabetic Apple Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10) biscuits
    2 1/2 c. cooked apples
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    5 pkg. Equal
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Roll each biscuit flat and 3 inches round.
    Mix all remaining ingredients and put 1/4 cup apple mixture on each biscuit.
    Fold over and pinch together.
    Bake about 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until biscuits are brown.
    (These can be fried in oil.)
