Ingredients

1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. mace
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
Preparation

Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan in oven at 350\u00b0.
Once melted, remove from oven and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; add milk and lemon juice.
Stir to blend.
