Warm Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
    crushed red pepper
    1/2 lb. pea pods or fresh peas
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vodka
    desired greens (spinach, endive or Boston lettuce)
    red onion, sliced thin
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet or wok on high heat.
    Saute shrimp until pink.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
    Add pea pods or peas.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add basil, vinegar and vodka.
    Place on greens.
    Top with onion slices.
