Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    2/3 c. Marsala or Port wine
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in electric skillet.
    Saute garlic and mushrooms until lightly golden.
    Pound chicken pieces until thin. Coat chicken on both sides in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Remove garlic and mushroom pieces.
    Add chicken pieces to skillet.
    Fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side until lightly brown.
    Remove from pan.
    Add wine to pan.
    Deglaze pan.
    Add chicken broth.
    Stir to make light gravy.
    Add chicken pieces and mushrooms to gravy.
    Heat several minutes until warm.
    Serve as an accompaniment to potatoes, rice or pasta.
