Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry bread cubes
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place bread in a buttered baking dish.
    Scald milk; add margarine and sugar.
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Add salt, spices and vanilla.
    Pour hot milk over eggs and mix thoroughly.
    Pour mixture over bread.
    Set baking dish in pan of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a knife put in center of pudding comes out clean.
